Escape Equestrian Community is a equestrian-themed residential development being built in the emirate of Ajman. The AED 1.84 billion (US$ 720 million) freehold development will be located close to the eastern region of Ajman, close to the Ajman-Sharjah border and the Emirates Road.

Escape Equestrian Community will cover an area of 200 acres (8.2 million square foot) and was named after Escape Ibn Navarrone, the world champion Arabian stallion owned by Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman. It will have over 500 three and four bedroom villas and 16 low-rise apartment buildings from 8 to 13 storeys and a 150-room boutique hotel. Traditional Arabic, Ottoman and Mediterranean architecture will be used throughout the development. Villa prices will range from AED 1.7 to 3.5 million, while a two-bedroom apartment will start at around AED 685 thousand.

Amenities at the Escape Equestrian Community include its covered riding arena, outdoor multi-purpose grass show arena and sport field, a centre merging equestrian activities with traditional sports (HoofbeatZTM Complex), equine spa therapy centre, 200-horse equestrian center, quality restaurants, indoor sports complex, and state-of-the-art business, health, and leisure facilities. It is being built by Escape LLC, a company owned by a leading member of the Ajman Royal family, and master planned by Hyder ACLA.

These include stables for 200 horses and the first equine spa in the region.Anwar Sher, general manager of Escape, said, "Escape will offer a new and healthier kind of lifestyle. The community has been designed to provide residents with an abundance of nature, peaceful views and privacy not seen in other developments."Sher estimated that construction cost alone will be $500 million, excluding the land which Escape already owns. The total cost stands at $720 million. Eileen Verdieck, partner of Escape explained the reasons behind choosing Ajman. "It's difficult for people in Dubai to live a nice lifestyle with the traffic and everything. "With this location being literally 20 minutes from Dubai airport, it's a wonderful alternative for people who maybe didn't think this kind of lifestyle was in their price range."The hotel will be the first equestrian-themed hotel in the world. And Eileen Verdieck believes that HoofBeatz, a centre merging equestrian activities with traditional sports for the whole family will "change the way people are introduced to horses". Anwar Sher says, "Investors are always in a rush to sell. With Escape, the land is already paid for. Also, we've registered the land in the name of the company. This means we can be pretty patient with the sales process."Villa prices will range from Dh1.7 million to Dh3.5 million. The Escape site is located just off the Emirates Road, on the border of Sharjah and Ajman. It is located within a 20 minute drive from Dubai Int’l Airport, and 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai. For those more active, a full array of cardio-training, aerobic, yoga and additional fitness programmes are on offer through the Gym at Escape.
