Horizon Tower is being built as one of the many freehold residential towers located at the Dubai Marina, which is opposite to the Jumeirah Lake Towers and next to the Dubai Media City. The tower was designed by Dubai-based Arenco Architectural and Engineering Consultants and will be located next to the Azure and Yacht Bay.

Horizon Tower will be a 190 meter (623 feet) 45-storey building that will contain only 4 apartments per floor. The tower will have 156 4-bedroom apartments and 8 duplex/penthouse apartments from 2,221 to 3,623 square feet (206 to 337 square meters).
