Le Rêve will rise 200 meters (689
feet) high with 46 storeys, built over a 15 meter (49 feet) high podium. It will exclusively comprise of 82 penthouse-class apartments, whose residents will be very wealthy. Each apartment at Le Reve will have full control of the lighting, temperature and multimedia from within any room, as well as having its own terrace of either 270, 500, or 870 square feet.
Floors 4 to 39 of Le Reve will have two five-bedroom luxury presidential apartments per floor covering 6,100 square feet. Floors 40 to 48 will have one single deluxe royal apartment per floor covering 13,440 square feet. Floor 49 and 50 will contain one super deluxe penthouse with a total of 17,200 square feet and four private elevators. Three storeys of the podium will be occupied by car parking and accommodations for staff and drivers.
Amenities at Le Rêve include secure private valet parking, temperature-controlled rooftop pool and landscaped gardens, gymnasium, health club, children's play area, 24-hour concierge, chauffeur-driven limousine service, and the ability to book a Ferrari or business jet. The high-rise tower was designed by WS Atkins & Partners, the same firm behind the design of Burj Al Arab.

Challenged by the Client's brief to produce a residential building that would attract a niche clientele of discerning international investors, Atkins has designed a building which raises the benchmark of residential luxury in Dubai still further.
Le Reve is situated on a prime site offering panoramic views which overlook the Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Palm Island. The building is unique in that it exclusively comprises residential penthouse apartments, the type and size of which are currently unavailable elsewhere in Dubai.
Resting on a 15m high podium, the 200m high residential tower has 31 floors of half-floor, luxury apartments in a classic or modern theme; a further 10 floors are dedicated solely to full-floor deluxe apartments; the top floor has a super deluxe penthouse with its large terraces facing the sea. The apartments' generous floor to ceiling height further maximises the sense of spaciousness.
The design is dominantly presented in the expressed curtain walling façade and striking combination of precast concrete and window banding to the building's elevation. The result is an elegant landmark with a simplistic form that belies the luxury of the sumptuously appointed apartments within.
The ground floor provides exclusive car parking for the residents and drivers' accommodation. The three-storey podium deck accommodates heated and chilled outdoor swimming pools as well as a health suite and access to children's play facilities. Building services are located in the basement, and at levels 3, 24 and 45.
In most apartment buildings, the most sumptuous sits at the top – the penthouse. Le Rêve is all penthouses! Le Reve's striking architectural design was developed by London-based consultancy WS Atkins, who were also responsible for the design of Dubai's iconic Burj Al Arab. While Andrew Pfeiffer, the acclaimed landscape gardener, has contributed Le Reve's stunning 'secret' rooftop garden, which provides residents with a peaceful and very private environment in which to relax.

This new 46-storey building resting on a 15m high podium at Dubai Marina is made unusual by the type and size of apartments that it will offer once complete.
