Armada Towers are three freehold towers being built in Jumeirah
Lake Towers, which is opposite to the Dubai
Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club. They are being built in plots P1, P2 and P3 and was designed by Adnan Z Saffarini.
At a total cost of AED 1 billion (US$ 300 million), Armada Tower 1 will have 39 residential floors, while Armada Tower 2 and 3 will each have 33 floors. The free hold towers will have a total of 1,200 units as studio, 1, 2, 3 bedroom and penthouse apartments.
Amenities at the Armada Towers include rooftop temperature controlled swimming pool with gym and cafe, restaurants, central air conditioning, high speed lifts, retail areas, 24-hour security and optional smart home technology.

Armada Group announces massive investment of AED 1 billion for Armada Towers project
The Armada Group, one of the UAE's leading investment groups, has announced plans to begin construction on Armada Towers, a massive real estate project in Dubai, with expected investments exceeding AED 1 billion.
With its modern, cutting-edge design and stylish accommodation, the three Armada Towers will be built in one of the most sought-after developments in Dubai, where the stylish buildings will command a central focus and overlook Dubai's most elegant landscape, nestled between lakes, islands, gardens and waterfalls.
The three Armada Towers are expected to house 1,200 apartments and the project will be located in the Jumeirah Lake Tower's development by Nakheel, where the Armada Towers project will occupy a total space of 200,000 square feet, with the cost of land totaling AED 55 million.
The entire project should reach completion and be ready to welcome tenants by the first half of 2007. Adnan Safarini has been appointed as construction consultants of the Armada Towers, whilst APCC has been chosen to handle pilings. The laying of the foundation is expected to take around four months, with a stipulated budget of AED 12 million.
"Armada Towers will perhaps be the most contemporary of all the buildings in the Dubai skyline," explained Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman of Armada Group. "The Armada Towers development is a unique concept of three beautifully designed buildings, conceived like the blustering sails of a ship and with elegantly curved glass domes. In fact," Dr. Hakmi pointed out, "the Armada Towers are more creative living space than mere concrete fact, and therefore more art than architecture."
The Armada Towers will be situated off the Sheikh Zayed road, a mere fifteen minutes from Dubai city centre, next to the quiet lake waters of Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Island.
