Bonnington Tower will be one of the many freehold towers being built at the the Jumeirah Lake Towers, which is opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club. It is being built in plot J3, which will be next to Goldcrest Views 2 and was designed by M3ar Consulting Engineers.

Bonnington Tower apartment owners have the facility of using their property as a holiday home. They can utilize it for 4 weeks a year and the Bonnington Group will service, maintain and rent out the property for the remaining 48 weeks.
