Saba Twin Towers, which are Saba Tower 2 and Saba Tower 3, are two identical high-rise towers being developed in the Jumeirah Lake Towers development, which is located between at interchange 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Jumeirah Islands. They are being built in plots Q1 and Q3, which will be next to the New Dubai Gate (Q2) tower.

Saba Twin Towers are each 36-storey residential towers with over 700 freehold apartments from studios to 5 bedroom penthouses.
