Saba Twin Towers, which are Saba Tower 2 and Saba Tower 3, are two identical high-rise towers being developed in the Jumeirah
Lake Towers development, which is located between
at interchange 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite
to the Dubai Marina and next to the Jumeirah
Islands. They are being built in plots Q1 and Q3, which will be next to the New Dubai Gate (Q2) tower.
Saba Twin Towers are each 36-storey residential towers
with over 700 freehold apartments from studios to
5 bedroom penthouses. Studio, Studio Grande, 1 and
2 bedroom apartments are fully-furnished and between
473.5 to 1,379 square feet (44 to 128 square meters). Saba Towers will also contain unfurnished 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom,
4-bedroom penthouse-duplex, and 5-bedroom penthouse
apartments, with sizes between 1,573 and 2,294
square feet (146 to 213 square meters).
Saba Twin Towers will have
amenities including a state-of-the-art health club,
a roof top cafe terrace, temperature controlled
swimming pool, children's pool, high-speed elevators,
covered parking, leisure areas, 24-hour security,
and optional nursery, nanny and daycare services. The same developers have also developed the Saba Office Tower.
