Both the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and The Grandeur Residence are being modeled as the archetypal palaces of Rajasthan. The 232-room Taj Exotica Resort & Spa will be a five-star hotel with the largest spa in the Middle East (Jiva Spa). The Grandeur Residences will be a luxury residential complex comprise of 200 freehold fully furnished 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and ten 4-bedroom beach-front villas. The Palm Grandeur is being developed by ETA Star in partnership with the Taj Group of Hotels.

The entire facility will be serviced by Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
