Oryx Apartments is MAC Corporation's bespoke apartment development brand. It has been the launchpad for a series of sellout towers focusing on Dubai Marina and the surrounding area: The Atlantic (Dubai Marina), AO2 (Jumeirah Beach Residence), The Pacific (Dubai Marina) and a further two towers to be launched shortly, again in the Dubai Marina area.

Oryx Apartments has launched three apartment buildings to date - The Atlantic in Dubai Marina (completes 2007), AO2 in Jumeirah Beach Residence (completes Summer 2006), and The Pacific in Dubai Marina (completes spring 2008). Two more buildings are due to be launched in January 2006.
