Emirates Modern Industrial Area (EMIA) is a commercial, industrial, and residential development in the emirate of Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The AED 150 million (US$ 40.85 million) freehold development project was constructed on an area of 50 million square feet (4.65 million square meters) and is accessible through the Emirates Road highway and the Ittihad Road.

Emirates Modern Industrial Area is a freezone development containing warehouses and labour camps, as well as plots to utilize the ground floor, mezzanine and two floors. The development houses a AED 100 million (US$ 27.2 million) freehold labour accommodation project overing 1 million square feet (9.3 million square meters) with 600 residential units.

Facilities at Emirates Modern Industrial Area include wide streets, efficient infrastructure, business center, spacious warehouses, and multipurpose commercial space. The development was completed in December 2006.
